With community lunches at noon, Monday through Thursday, our vibrant food ministry helps us to enact our vision and follow our mission.

Washington UCC exists in partnership with Camp Washington to create a community that is safe and clean, where people have enough food, decent housing, opportunities for education and work, and can live in an environment that nurtures all families

Fast facts about Camp Washington

Washington UCC is a mission outreach church located in Camp Washington, a low-income neighborhood of Cincinnati. Within this neighborhood:

* More than a third of families have incomes below the poverty level
* More than a fourth of families live on an annual income of less than $10,000
*Fewer than half of the residents have graduated from high school

 

Our mission is to do what Jesus taught us to do—to minister together with our neighbors in ways that improve lives physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
